Jalen Pierce

Jalen joined Collaborative Efforts Animation in January 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Animation and specializes in 3D, focusing primarily on Maya and Blender. Outside of work, he loves listening to music, exploring new places, watching motorsports, and playing video and board games with friends.

He has been involved in film and visual media for over 12 years. He started out in middle school, making stop-motion animated shorts with an old digital camera. Since then, his journey in the field has resulted in his contributions to an award-winning animated short film, Ticket, as well as student films and other smaller projects, many of which have placed at showcases.

Jalen believes that film is one of the most powerful ways to convey stories and messages that can impact the world. He is deeply inspired to make a powerful, positive impact on the world through story. This passion he has been blessed with is what pushes him to create.
